Welcome to Pawan Finance ("Pawan Finance", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our public website (pawanfinance.com), the Pawan Finance mobile application, educational courseware, live market floor sessions, offline workshops, and associated digital services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, creating an account, verifying your phone number via One-Time Password (OTP), enrolling in a course, or reserving an event seat, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Services.
2. Educational Scope & SEBI Regulatory Disclaimer
Please review this section with utmost care before relying on any material provided by Pawan Finance:
- Education Only: All lessons, course modules, video lectures, charts, technical setups, Central Pivot Range (CPR) blueprints, Greek calculation spreadsheets, and live floor audio commentary are created solely for financial literacy, theoretical study, and educational demonstration.
- No Financial or Advisory Advice: Nothing published on Pawan Finance constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative contract, index option, future, or commodity.
- Personal Responsibility: You alone are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with using any financial model or strategy. Any simulated or live trades you place with your broker are strictly at your own financial risk.
- Risk of Capital Loss: Trading in financial markets carries inherent risk. Options trading involves high leverage where you may lose a significant portion or all of your invested capital in rapid timeframes.
3. Eligibility & User Accounts
Public course, event, and insight pages can be viewed without an account. To use account features in the mobile app, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- The mobile app uses a valid phone number and an SMS one-time code to verify your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated profile information, including your full name, preferred community handle, and city.
- Account Security: Your account is personal to you. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your login session or OTP to any third party. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Protection
All proprietary materials—including video lessons, syllabus outlines, Telugu audio commentaries, graphic illustrations, Excel risk models, lesson notes, and visual designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of Pawan Finance and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and international intellectual property treaties.
Strict Prohibition on Recording & DistributionYou are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream courses inside the Pawan Finance mobile application. You are strictly forbidden from screen-recording, ripping, downloading, reproducing, publicly broadcasting, selling, or distributing course materials on YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other medium. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund and criminal/civil prosecution.
5. Courses & Offline Workshops
- Platform Model:Course discovery and information are available on this public website; actual lesson playback, Q&A interaction, and study progress are hosted exclusively inside the Pawan Finance mobile app.
- Access Tenure: Enrollment grants access for the specific duration selected at checkout (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months). Upon expiry of the tenure, access terminates unless renewed.
- Offline Bootcamps (e.g., Hyderabad Workshop): Seat reservations for in-person workshops are subject to physical venue capacity limits. Pawan Finance reserves the right to adjust event timings, venues within the same metro area, or reschedule sessions in the event of force majeure or logistical emergencies.
- Certificates: Course completion certificates signify participation and completion of modular lessons only; they do not represent government, university, or SEBI licensing credentials.
6. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy
- Pricing: All course fees and workshop tickets are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways. Pawan Finance does not collect or store sensitive banking details or UPI PINs.
- No-Refund Policy for Digital Content: Due to the immediate digital delivery and streaming access granted upon enrollment, all course fees, subscription tenures, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been provisioned.
- Workshop Cancellation: Offline workshop tickets may only be transferred or credited to a future cohort if requested in writing at least 7 calendar days prior to the event date, subject to seat availability and organizer discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawan Finance, its founders, directors, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, capital drawdowns, missed profits, or data loss arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in piracy, or breached community standards. You may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of Pawan Finance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims and proceedings.
11. Modifications & Grievance Contact
We may revise these Terms periodically. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
